Refund policy

Our greatest reward is that you are satisfied with your purchase, so you can return the products within a period of 15 days after receiving the order. To complete the return we will need you to contact us via e-mail info.jannatbcn@gmail.com indicating the data necessary to locate your order and the reason for your return or exchange.

The customer must pay the shipping costs except if the product has arrived defective. The money is only returned if there has been an error during the purchase process and an item has been purchased that is temporarily or permanently out of stock. In any case, the money for the shipping costs is not refunded. Returns are paid in the form of a gift card. This card does not have an expiration date and can be used in our online store.

Some products are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons. These products include all earrings.
