Shipping policy

Orders are prepared one by one and taken care of with care and will be processed within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the order (Monday to Friday). The delivery time once prepared depends on the shipping method chosen. For Spain peninsula it can be 24 hours (express delivery) or with Correos (standard delivery) from 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times on special occasions (Christmas, Black Friday and holidays) and busy weeks may differ from those communicated. Even so, we will do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible.

At You stay we work with 3 different shipping companies depending on the delivery address and shipping times: Correos, Correos Express.

Spain peninsula:

  • Standard mail: 2-5 business days €3.95.
  • Correos Express: 1-4 business days €5.95.
  • Free shipping with Correos on orders over €60 (2-5 business days).

Balearic:

  • Standard mail: 2-5 business days €4.95.
  • Correos Express: 1-4 business days €6.95.
  • Free shipping with Correos on orders over €100 (2-5 business days).

Canary Islands:

  • Standard mail: 5-10 business days €10.95.

* For this address it is essential to send the DNI along with the order.

Ceuta and melilla:

  • Standard mail: 2-5 business days €5.95.
  • Free shipping with Correos on orders over €100 (2-5 business days).

Europe:

  • Standard mail: 4-10 business days €8.99.
  • Free shipping with Correos on orders over €150 (4-10 business days).

    Where I can get my order?

    Any valid address.

    You stay no is responsible for any type of error in the delivery address. In the event that the address is incorrect and the delivery cannot be made within the established period and/or the return is made by the courier company, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

    How is the delivery process?

    The courier must deliver the package to the recipient and will make at least 2 attempts in the direction provided. Each courier can freely choose to contact the recipient at the telephone number provided, but in no case is it mandatory. If after two attempts the person is not located, the package will be returned to our store. In this case, we will contact you to find a solution.
